Welcome to the new eCustom Products Order Form Page.

We have developed a new PDF order form which will allow you to fill out the order form right on your computer and either submit it electronically via email or print and fax it. It is very similar to the older form however it has a few improvements you might notice.

BENEFITS OF USING THE NEW CUSTOM PRODUCTS ORDER FORM VIA EMAIL:

•  Electronically fill out and submit orders online via email.
•  Receive an email confirmation that we received your order.
•  Fewer problems due to handwriting, poor faxed copies or other errors.
•  Happy Customers!

REQUIREMENTS TO USE THE NEW CUSTOM PRODUCTS ORDER FORM:

•  Be a current Print Appeal Dealer/Distributor.
•  Have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
•  Access to Email (Required to Send the Order Online)

USING THE NEW ORDER FORM IS EASY:

•  Open the New eCustom Products Order Form. This should open here if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed..
•  Complete the custom products order form fields like you normally would, except online now.
•  Click "Attach as Email" and send it to the email address on top of the order form. Include in the subject "New Custom Order".
OR
•  Print a Hard Copy to Fax to the fax number on the top of the order form. Handy also if you need to draw the product.
OR
•  Save the Form for later use. You can even fill out the fields that remain the same for your store such as the bill to.

NOTE: If you do not have an "Attach as Email" button you are probably using a web email client like Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc. You will then have to Save the Completed Form and attach it to an email in whichever web email client you are using and send it to us.
