Our minimum order is 50 plates.
Be Creative
We can always use custom artwork like a business logo or other design but you can choose from our many typestyles, monograms, stock art, enhancers & more. We have a large selection to choose from below but we have too many to be shown. If you cannot find what you are looking for let us know and we can find something that will work for you. You can also mix up any of these to create your own distinct look by using multiple fonts or stock art choices.

Creative Choices
Production Time
Our standard production time is 5 business days in house depending upon the quantity ordered and availability of stock. Production time does not begin until we have received a completed order form, any custom artwork and/or proof approval if requested for the order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time. Production time does not include proofing time.
Proofing Time
Orders requiring proofs are not considered complete until we have received a signed completed proof approval. Proofs are not "RUSHED" and are completed in the order we receive them. You should receive your requested proof(s) within 2 business days of receipt of the order. After we receive the signed approved proof a rush may need to be added to the order to complete by the time requested and may include expedited shipping methods in order to reach you in the time required.
Shipping & Rush Orders
A rush charge will be added to any order requesting shipment before the standard production time. Orders must be received before 12:00 Noon Central Time or they will be received and processed on the next business day. While we guarantee the date an order ships from our plant, we cannot guarantee the exact amount of shipping time. This risk must be assumed by all Dealers and their customers. Please note that all orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Alternate shipping methods are Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select to expedite delivery since the exact shipping time cannot be guaranteed on any order. Please indicate if you have any special shipping needs. We can drop ship to your customer as long as you provide complete instructions and shipping address. We only charge the additional charge from our freight carriers for drop shipments. We will not be held responsible for orders that delivery can be confirmed without a signature, but reported lost. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed orders.
Custom Artwork
All items can be printed with Company Logos or any supplied artwork. Camera ready black and white artwork must be provided for special orders with all text converted to curves or outlines. Art with screens and gradients are not acceptable artwork. Acceptable files are Corel Draw (.cdr) and Illustrator (.ai or .eps) files. All submitted artwork must be saved with a file name of the order and/or order number to easily identify the artwork with the appropriate order. All copy & art submitted by the customer will be accepted by Print Appeal, Inc. as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, licensing, patent, copyright, right of privacy, or similar protection. Print Appeal, Inc. will be held harmless from all claims and cost arising from these issues. Please do not fax artwork since it is not acceptable to reproduce.
Two Color Jobs (Multi Color Jobs) - Registration Issues
Artwork requiring close registration between different print colors may not be well suited for printing on a short production run as the registration between print colors may vary as much as an 1/8" in any direction. While we attempt to minimize this as much as possible on short run orders; we do not guarantee the registration between print colors. We reserve the right to refuse any orders requesting two or more print colors.
Ink Color Match
We do not charge for PMS matching, however color match is only guaranteed plus or minus one color shade on white or clear items. We cannot guarantee color match on colored items. We will make every effort to obtain as close a printed match to the requested color on orders requesting a PMS color on a colored item, however we will not be responsible for shade variations.
Product Color Variations
We cannot assume responsibility for slight shade variations of products or print colors. Environmental concerns and manufacturer productions cause changes beyond our control which are typical variations in the industry. Please advise your customers accordingly.
Scratches On Plates
We will not be responsible for scratches on plates as this is a common occurrence in the production and screen printing of plates. Customers must assume the risk on all plate orders.
Ink Odor
Screen printed items are printed with inks that must evaporate to dry. The ink will dry but there may be a residual odor from the vapors. This odor, if detectable, is not considered a defect.
Over / Under Run
An accidental over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts so please advise your customers and order appropriately.
Repeat Orders
A printed sample or a copy of the printed product must accompany any order requesting exactly as last order. For print color matches a printed sample must be provided. Print Appeal will not be responsible for misprinted repeat orders without a provided copy or sample
Claims
All claims or returns must be approved by Print Appeal within 5 days of receipt of order.
